A supplement is a formal request to your insurance carrier to add items the initial estimate missed — common examples are ridge venting, ice-and-water shield, drip edge, and code-required upgrades. We file supplements when the original estimate is incomplete.
Your deductible is your responsibility. It is illegal in Texas (HB 2102) for any contractor to waive, absorb, rebate, or pay your insurance deductible. Any contractor offering to do so is committing fraud.
We've documented claims with State Farm, Allstate, USAA, Farmers, Liberty Mutual, Travelers, Progressive, Geico, Texas Farm Bureau, and most regional carriers serving the Houston metro.
